Our Mission

Our Mission:

It is the determined mission of Dimension Ministries to provide both academic and spiritual guidance to young adults by the power and in the name of Jesus Christ.

We believe by supplying the practical needs of a person, we place ourselves in a better position to serve their spiritual needs as well. Our ultimate goal is to build up a body of believers that will become true extensions of the love of Christ within their own community and learn to serve others as they have been served.

In His name we are blessed and in His spirit we remain.

Amen

Open your eyes to the freedom Christ offers:

Following Christ is not a set of rules or a weekly ticket punching session on your "duty card" when you attend church. True Christianity lives in the example and command given us by Christ to "Love the Lord your God with all you heart, with all your soul and with all your mind." Jesus said this is the greatest commandment and the second one is like it; which is to "Love your neighbor as you love yourself". Matthew 22:37

It seems we have all forgotten how to be good neighbors today, and the popular motto instead has become "What about Me?"

Neighbors really don't even speak to each other anymore, and community gatherings or neighborhood BBQ's are a thing of the past. But there is an answer to this sadness, and it starts with you. It starts with each one of us determining to make a difference and you can start today. Say more than hello to your neighbor today and smile at everyone you meet today. You might risk them thinking you a little strange, but the reward you feel in your soul will more than compensate for this. Smiles move people even if they don't know they're being moved.

My grandma used to tell me, "Honey, smile at everyone, it makes them wonder what you're up to." She was a little mischief, but she was right. Make them wonder at what makes you so happy. Let them see the light of Christ in your eyes and the love of Christ in your deeds.

Even something as simple as a smile can serve to make a day brighter for even a stranger. After all, Christ said we are all neighbors so when you get right down to it there are no strangers.

Until we learn to serve one another in love and kindness and have an unselfish heart we will never be able to obtain the promises of God in this life. He meant for us to have an abundant life while we were here folks. There was only one prerequisite to that blessing, and that was that we are to put God first. That doesn't mean acting holy or self righteous, that means actually being holy and righteous through Christ. Loving God and listening to your spirit wherever and whenever your spirit moves you is key. And that my friend is between you and our Father in Heaven. Only you can know how you are being lead and where God is leading you. But how can you be lead by your Father if you don't spend time with Him?

So, how much time have you spent with God lately? Don't let the enemy steal your joy. The Lord intended for you to live an abundant life. Live, love and laugh as a child of God who is entitled to the blessings of the Father. Set yourself at His feet daily and see the wonders of the Lord manifest in your life. God bless you as you seek his face.  John 10:10

God loves you and so do I.
