people everywhere. Our 21st century orphans are being left behind both academically and
spiritually. The drop-out mentality is not exclusive to school anymore. It has expanded
it's reach to include spirituality, ambition and all around self worth.

you see young people with a strong sense of purpose and
value. We believe by placing ourselves in a position to fill the
practical needs of the community, we position ourselves to serve their

- Drop-outs are three times more likely to slip into poverty.
- Drop-Outs are 72% more likely to be unemployed.
- Drop-Outs earn at least 27% less than graduates.
- Over 30% of our existing work force has high school
credentials yet still lack basic math, literacy, language and analytic
skills to perform in the typical 21st century
workplace.
